This live, interactive learning series was designed to provide managers with a unique look into the Government of Canada Key Leadership Competencies (KLC) and consider how to embody these on a daily basis in a constantly evolving and innovative public service.
Four, high value 90-minute virtual sessions are offered to managers aimed at providing in-depth understanding of three (3) of the Government of Canada’s Key Leadership Competencies (KLC) of your choice:

- Collaborate with partners and stakeholders
- Achieve results
- Promote innovation and guide change
The 4th sessions is designed specifically to support participants in consolidating the learnings.
